Ms Amritha Ram, a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC is a renowned fashion designer from the Indian film industry. She has donned several hats in her career path including that of a television host , directing and producing onstage dance shows before finding her calling in fashion and has carved a niche for herself in the Indian film industry since the early 2000's. National award winning directors choose to work only with her as her eye for style is inimitable. Ms Amritha started working with Mr Kamal Haasan in 2018 and the dynamic duo are redefining khaddar fashion on their own terms. Together they have conceptualized KHHK. Ms Amritha is the designer spearheading the venture.
KHHK stands apart for its artisanal fashion and how ethical and consciously produced clothes can still be highly covetable.
Thus said Amritha has made Khaddar a global presence felt at the Paris fashion week, New York fashion week and one of the biggest trade shows “Magic“ in the United States at Vegas for consecutive years 2022 and 2023.
